Christy (Hamilton) Kelley graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (K-8). She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Technology with a certification as Administrative Specialist in Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development, and holds superintendent, secondary and elementary principal certifications.

Christy began her career at Union Local School District in Belmont, Ohio. Currently Christy is in her eighth year at the Jefferson County Educational Service Center (JCESC). Christy has worked as an instructional technology coordinator assigned to two local school districts. For two years, she served as Technology Coordinator at Edison Local School District in Hammondsville, Ohio and worked at the JCESC on various projects. Christy currently works with curriculum on the Virtual Learning Academy staff. She is also the webmaster for the JCESC/VLA website.
